With a Diploma in Interior Design and a varied background that includes new construction in both single and multi-family, large tenant improvements, furniture and flooring retail stores as well as restoration contracting Charmaine brings a wealth of experience and compassion to every project she takes on.

Charmaine works with her clients to design and define spaces that are unique to the needs of each individual family or organization to reflect the heart of their space. Taking time to listen, explain and set realistic goals and expectations, Charmaine provides her clients the ability to make decisions with confidence.

Working with her seven-step systematic approach to the design, build, renovate process Charmaine has helped over 1,100 clients and along with her team has received considerable recognition for their work including a previous award for “Best Design” in a modern commercial renovation. It is this experience and passion that has prompted Charmaine to develop her seven-step approach into a teaching opportunity allowing her to share her experience to help owners, builders, and property managers develop their own projects utilizing a proven systematic approach.

Today Charmaine offers custom Interior Design Services and a workshop series called “Home Renovation Mastery” where individuals are guided and encouraged to develop

their own designs and manage their own projects or simply to have a thorough understanding of the entire process with a goal to save owners both the stress and financial uncertainty that can accompany building and renovation projects. The goal of Home Renovation Mastery is to provide every participant the tools required to execute a project with confidence.
